The Passion for Time: My Journey to LOUIS XVI Watches

Even in my childhood, I was captivated by the artful timepieces. As a teenager, I experienced firsthand the rise of Swatch watches during their boom era. My uncle, an enthusiastic collector, surprised me with a new Swatch on every trip with Swissair.

The Swatch defined an entire era - it was modern, fascinating, and coveted. So much so that as a 13-year-old boy, I even stood in line in Schaffhausen in front of UBS to acquire the coveted platinum watch, even though my means were limited.

Striving for constant improvement in quality, warranty, innovation, and sustainability, I aim to one day inspire as many people as Swatch watches did in the 80s and 90s.

Since 2019, we at LOUIS XVI have consistently focused on sustainability. Our decision to forgo leather and instead offer vegan alternatives underscores our commitment to ethical practices and environmental protection. Our watches are more than mere timepieces; they are expressions of personality and values.
